With the use of the Internet today, most everyone has experienced the ongoing frustrations of ad-ware, pop-ups, and junk mail. Unfortunately the aggravations do not end with closing the pop-up ad, or deleting the email. As you may know they clutter up your computer with links, pictures, and programs that only generate more and more. Over time your computer becomes "virtually" controlled by ad-servers and viruses, not you. One of my most frequent service request, are users that are so fed up with slow results from their p.c. that they are ready to junk it and buy a new one. In some situations this may be needed. Do to hardware problems or the computer itself is incapable of providing satisfactory results. Even at it's best.

    But 90% of the time. The machine can be in satisfactory condition within an hour or two. System maintenance is a must these days. Sure you can purchase a new machine, yet within months your right back to where you started. The majority of my home customer's problems are software related. One of my strongest services is the ability to identify these ad -entries and cleanup your system. I then consult with you on software that will help prevent this in the future.
