All service options start with a one-hour minimum... However, I do not bill an additional trip charge. ( Note: One hour minimum plus trip charge does apply anywhere outside Metro Atlanta. Unless alternate arrangements are made.)

On-Site:    - (This only applies to 9am - 5pm, Monday through Friday, normal business hours. I will honor this rate with a on-site response time within 24 hours from the time in which initial contact with me has been made.Prices are residential/Non-network, machines/printers.

Desktop/Tower      $50.00 per hour (w/ one hr. min.)
Notebook               $60.00 per hour (w/ one hr. min.)
Printer/DSL           $50.00 per hour (w/ one hr. min.)


Telephone Support :  - (This rate applies to any and all, phone related support, in a home environment ..)

$35.00 per hour (billed in increments of 15 min)


Pickup/Delivery Repair: ( This rate applies to me picking up/delivery of equipment, with repair being preformed at Home PC Solutions service center.)

$25.00 one charge for pickup/delivery

$40.00 per hour (w/ one hr. min.)

Payment is expected when services are rendered. Cash/Check/Money Order..
