Pricing Plans
Ala carte' (use it as you need it) Our service is billed on a per minute basis of $1 unless you are on a monthly plan. We have a minimum of $30 (30 minutes)

Monthly Plans are as follows:

Residential (Home & Home Office) - $24.95 a month and includes a PC tune up every 3 months as well as 30 minutes a month added to your time bank. So for example: This month you have no problems and next month you have a problem that takes 1.5 hours to take care of. You would simply pay the monthly fee and would have used up that much time. Anyone not on a monthly plan would have paid $90 for that service. The time just rolls over until you need it.

Businesses - $99.00 a month and includes 2.5 hours a month. Unlimited computers in unlimited locations. The time rolls over for time not used (up to 1 year). When you go over the time alloted for 3 months, you will be billed at the reduced rate. Any business NOT on a monthly plan would pay $150 for 2.5 hours

Budget Plan - Just $10 a month (billed qtrly) and you get a PC tune up and diagnostics every 3 months to help keep your system working before problems arise. Up to 45 minutes spent each qtr.

You must register for service BEFORE any service is done or a plan is chosen. It is free and has no obligation. It simply allows us to know who you are when you need us. Do this first by clicking the "Register for Service" button in the grey bar above. Plans can be cancelled at any time. If you have a monthly plan with rollover and you have used more than alloted when you cancel, we will charge your account for the balance.
